James J. Dolan

Jim leads our team of professionals and advisors, primarily focused on client relations, strategy and advisory work. He was the Sponsor and CEO of Gordon Pointe Acquisition Corp, a $125m SPAC that successfully closed a transaction with the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. Jim formerly served as a senior executive of Federated Investors, Inc. (NYSE:FHI) for 19 years and was the CEO of Federated Services Co., the technology and global administration subsidiary of Federated. Following his career at Federated he was the founder of Access Data, a SaaS company providing enterprise-wide data management and analysis for the financial services industry which was sold to Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR). Currently, he serves as Chairman and CEO of Voyager Holdings II, LLC, his family office and holding company which owns and operates companies in the technology, financial services, real estate, aviation and natural resources industries. Jim serves on the board of directors of Ascent Data, a provider of managed services and cloud business solutions; TriState Capital Holdings (Nasdaq:TSC), a commercial & private bank in Pittsburgh, PA; Chartwell Investment Partners, an asset management firm and a subsidiary of TriState; PlanMember Financial Corporation, a broker/dealer specializing in retirement planning services in the 403b and 457 markets; and Vice Chairman of Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. (Nasdaq:HOFV), multi-use sports, entertainment and media company centered around the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
